This form is for new organizations or for organization that already exist and need to re-register for the next academic year and maintain active status. Organization Registration Deadline is October 1st for the Fall and February 1st for the Spring Semesters.
This will be displayed on the TSC website.
Please include TSC Student name and board position.
Please list any upcoming events title, location, date/time. Include as much information as possible about each event.

The questions below are only applicable to Organizations that are re-registering
