This form is for TSC clubs and organizations (existing or new) who wish to be registered with the Office of Student Life. Registration Deadlines: - To participate in Convocation on 8/14: August 10th - To participate in Club Rush on 8/20: August 17th - Final Registration Deadline for Fall 2026: August 31st
This will be displayed on the TSC website.
Please include details for your executive board. Note that all board members need to have at least a 2.0 TSC GPA.
Include title and name of student filling the position.
Advisor needs to be full-time faculty or staff at TSC. If your advisor changes during the semester or academic year, you will need to submit a new signed Advisor Consent Form to StudentLife@tsc.fl.edu.

Please upload completed constitutions for your TSC club/org. Include a cover page with Executive Board titles, names, TSC emails and advisor information. If your club/org has a national constitution, please email to stefany.moncada@tsc.fl.edu.
