This form is for TSC clubs and organizations (existing or new) who wish to be registered with the Office of Student Life. Spring registration deadline is February 1st, 2026.
This will be displayed on the TSC website.

Please include details for your executive board. Please note all board members need to have at least a 2.0 TSC GPA.
Advisor needs to be full-time faculty or staff at TSC.
