Clubs & Organizations Event Request Form

This form is for Clubs & Organizations at Tallahassee State College to request events, such as club meetings, social events, etc. Event requests MUST be made at least two weeks in advance.

We can only assist with reserving certain rooms in the Student Union (SU) and Workforce Development (WD). For classroom buildings, you must have your advisor reach out to the appropriate divisional Dean for approval.

Classroom setup (Default), Conference, Theater, etc. Include request for tables/chairs for food and/or check in. Please be as detailed as possible.

i.e. podium, mic, projector, A/V, other. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfill your request for your event.

Will your event need purchases from the Student Life Clubs & Organizations Fund? Yes. Please email StudentLife@tsc.fl.edu. No. My event will not be needing any supplies or purchases.

For Example: Food, Promotional Materials, Office Supplies, Printing/Duplicating, Publications/Books, Membership/Registration Fees, Trophies/Awards/Plaques, Clothing/Uniforms, Equipment/Electronics/Furnishings (under $1,000), or Other
If No, you have the option of uploading your Requisition form now, your event will not be approved until you have submitted or turned in a Requisition form.
