Student Union Tabling Request Form

This form is for Tallahassee State College clubs, organizations, and community entities to request to table on campus. Tabling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

The Office of Student Life will provide 1 table and 2 chairs. Add any additional chairs or tables needed in the event description.
