Emerging Eagles Application

Welcome to Tallahassee State College! Emerging Eagles is a program that provides financial, academic, and social support to assist TSC students who have experienced:
- Foster Care
- Relative Care
- Ward of State Status
and who are transitioning into independent adulthood. If you would like to join a cohort, please fill out the application below. Applications for the Emerging Eagles program are on a rolling basis.
